1) At royalbrands.pk we make sure and try our best to provide all information as accurate as possible, however we deserve the right to change/amend any info on the site relevant to the products without prior notice.
In the event of mistakes made by suppliers or website administrators while updating the product details such as product photographs, product specifications, package contents, price, etc. royalbrands.pk reserves the right to change the incorrect information without any notice. royalbrands.pk will not accept any liability for any loss or damage, which may be incurred by any person acting in reliance upon the incorrect information.
2) All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by royalbrands.pk , Within one working day of order placement, our sales personnel will contact you, either by phone or email to confirm the availability of the goods, delivery date, etc. Only after receiving the phone call or email confirmation by our sales personnel will your order is considered confirmed and effective. We try our best to dispatch all products ordered before 4PM on the same confirmation day. Incase the product is out of stock or un-available we inform the customers and arrange availability of that order.
3) FREE DELIVERY anywhere in Pakistan within 24-48 hours, in some cases or in remote cities the delivery may take upto 72 hours.
4) The product can be returned if at the time of purchase the product has manufacturing fault, broken or scratched.
5) Original box and all accessories should be returned as well.
6) The defect should be reported within 14 Days of the delivery of the product.
7) We will bear the cost of reshipping the order, but the customer is liable for the cost of return shipping.
We provide a 1 year warranty on the movement of all our products.
Any damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery of your package.
These Products are inherantly fragile, and cases of damage on arrival do happen from time to time despite our efforts in packing them as well as we can. For such cases we will resolve the issue on a case by case basis, either by replacing the affected part or the entire Product.
By default, all sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However we may consider such requests on an individual basis provided if the product can be returned in a similiar condition as they arrived in. We will not be liable for return shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product may be charged.
